Return Policy

7-Day Appreciation Period

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (this is not a trial period) upon receiving your order. Returned items must remain in the following condition:

  • Brand new and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Original tags unremoved

  • Original packaging intact


Non-Returnable Items】

For hygiene reasons and promotional guidelines, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following situations/items:

  • Intimate apparel / Underwear

  • Jewelry and accessories

  • Fragrances and beauty products

  • Clearance items (discounted at 30% off or more / sold at 70% or less of the original price)

  • Add-on purchase items

  • International orders


【Refund Processing

  • Shipping fees for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the consumer. Shipping fees for defective or incorrectly shipped items will be covered by our brand.

  • Discount codes used in the original order will not be reissued or refunded after a return.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned items have been inspected and accepted:

    • Credit Card Refunds: We will process a refund directly to your credit card. Once successful, it will appear on your next credit card billing statement. Due to varying processing times among banks and credit card issuers, it may take up to 2 months for the refund to reflect in your account (subject to your bank's specific processing time).

    • ATM Transfer Refunds: We will process the refund via bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The refund amount, minus the bank transfer fee, will be remitted to a bank account under the exact same name as the original purchaser.



【Store Credit Policy】

  • For returns due to personal reasons or defective items, once you choose to convert your refund into "Store Credit," to protect the rights of both parties, the store credit cannot be converted back to cash under any circumstances.

  • Once customer service assists in adding the store credit to your member account, it can be applied directly at checkout on your next order.
