How to Track Your Order: Log in to your account and click on [Orders] under the member information menu at the top right to check the processing status and estimated delivery time of all your orders.
Shipping Times & Guidelines:
In-Stock Items: Orders will be shipped in the sequence they are received, typically within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed. Delays may occur during peak shipping seasons, such as Lunar New Year, major national holidays, and long weekends, subject to the logistics company's schedule.
Pre-Order Items (Please read carefully before purchasing): Waiting times vary by item. Please refer strictly to the estimated arrival time specified on the "Product Details" page. Pre-orders are exclusive custom orders. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations due to waiting times or other personal reasons, except for non-human factors such as the item being discontinued.
Mixed Orders (In-Stock & Pre-Order): If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the system will hold the shipment until all pre-order items have arrived and ship them together. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, we strongly recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
Order Rules:
You must register an account on our official website to make a purchase. We offer multiple registration methods to save your shipping information for a smoother checkout process and to allow you to view your order history.
Every order is processed automatically by the system as a separate transaction. We cannot combine shipping fees, merge promotional discounts, or split shipments for different orders.
Overdue orders cannot be restored. Please place a new order; inventory and promotional discounts will be based on what is currently displayed on the official website at the time of reordering.
If an order requires repayment (e.g., payment failure), you can click into the order to process the payment again. The payment method cannot be changed once the order is submitted. Please double-check before proceeding to checkout.
Adding items to your shopping cart does not reserve the stock for the products or promotional gifts. Inventory and gifts with purchase are allocated based on the "order of completed checkout." Gifts are available in limited quantities while supplies last. If a gift is not listed in your order details after the order is confirmed, it means it is out of stock.
Promotions & Member Benefits:
All promotional discount codes and member discount codes are limited to a single use. They cannot be modified or refunded once used. Once an order is generated (regardless of whether payment is ultimately completed), the system automatically considers the code "activated," and it absolutely cannot be restored.
New members will receive a welcome discount of "NT$200 off purchases of NT$2,000" on the day following registration. Please ensure you enter your birth date accurately; when you upgrade to a Premium Member, the system will issue an exclusive birthday discount on the 1st day of your birthday month.

Domestic Shipping:
Taiwan Main Island: NT$120 / Outlying Islands: NT$150.
Free shipping on a single purchase over NT$8,000.
Premium and VIP members enjoy free domestic shipping year-round.
Orders will be delivered approximately 2-3 business days after shipment (subject to logistics operations). In the event of out-of-stock items, discontinued products, or unforeseen circumstances preventing timely shipment, our specialist will proactively contact you.
International Shipping:
International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
【Payment Methods & Invoicing】
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (VISA / MasterCard / JCB) and ATM transfers (please complete the payment within 72 hours).
E-Invoicing: An electronic invoice will be issued for all orders. During checkout, you can choose to donate the invoice or save it to your mobile barcode carrier.
